We had a great location, just a short walk from the metro station. The roommates we had were friendly and the lockers near the bathroom felt secure. The shower stalls were private and had all the necessary amenities. Despite some minor issues, the staff we interacted with were helpful and accommodating.

I liked the location off the hostel and the quiet environment also at the hostel.

I loved the hostel! Great location, easy to reach from the airport, friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable! Further living space has a great, did a lot of friends and it is optimal location for those who want to find parties, I hope it stays that way

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and had answers to all our questions.

There's located on convenient place, near metro station. All of staff members and cleaning lady were tender and welcoming.

Great location in the city center, close to shops, bars, and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and free breakfast to start the day.

The showers were not up to par, with limited hot water and low water pressure. there were not enough showers available for the number of guests, causing some inconvenience.

So clean. So quiet. So kind the staffs. And the heater and water are so warm. Good descodation. And it made me like to sleep every nit, and feeling safe.

Just the back room in the end doesn't have good signal of wifi.

Breakfast is poor, but fair for the price you pay the room, milk and cornflakes are there, so more than enough for me. You cannot expect a 4 star hotel breakfast for that price.

The location was mind-blowingly amazing, close to the coolest shopping street and the vibrant Gran Via. Plus, the free breakfast was a jaw-dropping added bonus!

I felt like I was at home at Bed Madrid! The comfortable lounge outside the room provided the perfect place to mingle with friends from other countries. The atmosphere was relaxing and full of human interest. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

It is really nice hostel, rooms are clean, staff is helpful, you can ask for tablet if you come without laptop. There is fridge, iron and other useful equipment. For this price it was really great choice. I recommend it for everyone, who wants to stay at hostel.
